Brand Director

Business Development

Develop branding business with new clients*

Relationship Management

Manage the seamless handover of new clients & projects from MD

Develop branding business with existing clients

Liaise with clients to ensure the project requirements are full understood, managed & attained.

Present material internally for input & externally to gain approval and move projects forward

Brand development & management

Develop & manage…

• Relevant business strategy consultancy based on brand development initiatives

• Brand Strategy & supporting documentation incl brand personality & supporting material

• Derive insight through facilitation of workshops, interviews and other sessions with clients.

• Presentations to clients at all stages of the strategy process and when relevant creative presentations in coordination & collaboration with team

• Research programs

• Communications Strategy with supporting documentation for clients

• Integrated marketing & communication plans utilizing all relevant channels and opportunities with supporting documentation

• Brand communication briefs - project, campaign & creative briefs

• Other brand communication tools

Creativity

Develop insightful & effective creative briefs and provide consistent support of for the creative team.
Team management

Creaqte and manage an idea generateing environment

Direct, delegate, manage, mentor, coach, and motivate team members

Recruit new & appraise existing team members (with Zaman management team)

Financial management

Develop winning proposals

Proactively manage profitability by project & by period in conjunction with Financial Control
