| AVP of Debt Syndicate, Dubai Ref: B-02 AVP of Debt Syndicate, Dubai Our client, a Middle East based commercial financial investment company is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly skilled AVP of Debt Syndicate to join their Senior Management team in Dubai. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Capital Markets and will be responsible for Structuring and Syndicating activities of the branch. Responsibilities: • Structuring, pricing, underwriting and syndicating. • Successfully closing all the debt issues originated by the team. • Liaise with CIB, Trade Risk and Credit departments for smooth flow of deals. • Originate deals in line with organizational strategy, risk policy and banking regulations. Requirements: • At least 5-7 years proven track record in Debt Syndication in a financial institution in the GCC. • Middle East market knowledge is a plus; and must be Arabic speaking and at a AVP or VP level. • A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Physical Science or Mathematics required.
