| Vice President of International Sales of Capital Markets, Dubai Ref: B-03 Vice President of International Sales of Capital Markets, Dubai Our client, a Middle East based financial investment company is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly skilled VP of International Sales of Capital Markets to join their Senior Management team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Capital Markets. Responsibilities: • Develop initiatives to increase sales with Institutions. • Identify and maintain a list of institutional prospects. • Develop and leverage existing institutional relationships. • Conduct due diligence, negotiate and close terms and conditions of investments. • Prepare annual business strategy and financial budgets in line with the financial targets. • Formulate asset allocation plans and direct the operation of investment management group. Requirements: • Must have over 10 years in equity sales targeting institutions in a financial institution in the GCC. • Must have Business or Accounting related degree e.g. MBA, ACA or equivalent. • At least 5+ years experience in EMEA Emerging Markets and MENA/Arab Markets. • A SVP level with strong management skills and product knowledge of Equity & Emerging Markets.
