| Head of HR and Administration, Dubai KT-01-08 Head of HR and Administration, Dubai Our client, a Middle East based commercial financial institution, with core business lines being Private Equity, Asset Management and Corporate Finance; is looking for a Head of HR and Administration to join its dynamic team in Dubai. Responsibilities: • Advice and guidance on employment issues in line with company policies. • Management of dismissals, disciplinary proceedings, grievances and attendance. • Provide an efficient and effective HR support service in line with current policies. • Facilitate a policy framework to enable Divisional Managers to efficiently manage their people. • Develop, implement and manage the delivery of a range of HR services designed to achieve the strategic business objectives. Requirements: • Professional Certification in Human Resources Management; MBA in HR or equivalent. • At least 8 years managerial experience in HR in a financial institution in the Middle East. • Strong background in Islamic Banking as well as knowledge of Private Equity, Asset Management and Corporate Finance will be an advantage. • Longevity within your previous positions is essential.
