| Head of Procurement, Abu Dhabi KT-02 Head of Procurement, Abu Dhabi Our client, a fast growing innovative and internationally known energy organization has a vacancy for a Head of Procurement to oversee its activity within its four main divisions in Abu Dhabi. Reporting into the Finance and Business Support Director you will be responsible for the development and implementation of procurement strategies and guidelines for the group. Responsibilities: • Ensure supplier adherence to set contractual arrangements. • Promote vendor integration to improve efficiency of Supply chain. • Ensure the division maintains company quality assurance requirements. • Ensure all contracts and trading agreements with vendors are up-to-date. • Produce periodic and ad hoc reports as and when required by the Supply Chain team. Requirements: • At least 10 years experience in procurement in any energy organization in the GCC. • A minimum of 5 years contract management, project management and financial analysis experience in a major project environment. • A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Procurement or Supply Chain Management or any other equivalent professional qualification. • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with subcontractors and suppliers and excellent negotiation skills.
