| Snr Planning Manager A fanatastic opportunity to work for a international property developer. As a Senior Planning Manager you will be degree qualified in engineering or building construction or project management with 15 – 18 years of post qualification experience. You will need to have experience in preparing and reviewing Master Schedules for High Rise projects. You will be in charge of providing in depth technical support to the Senior Management of the group with regard to Projects Planning, Monitoring & Controlling processes, and also provide risk assessment and value engineering for the projects. Heading a team of managers and engineers, you would monitor development and execution progress at a Macro level and preempt claims from the Contractor. You will need to be well versed with Primavera and have hands on experience using the same. Experience in the Middle East on similar projects will be an added advantage.
