Cost Estimator for Desalination Contractor Cost Estimator for Desalination Contractor Must have thorough knowledge of cost estimating practices, calculation methods/ software, standards, and procedures. Develop conceptual budgets for different projects. Estimator shall be capable of requesting budgetary quotes and its follow up from vendors, estimating labor man hours for civil/ structural/ architectural/ painting/plumbing items and can help in estimation man hours of other discipline also. Develop 1,2,3 cost estimation. Reviews and closely monitors the development of the cost estimate to ensure objectives are met. Maintain up to date cost estimation data base for material and ser5vices. • Required skill set good knowledge in MS Office Software Program. • Minimum 5 years experience • Basic – Bachelor of Technology/ engineering (Civil) or equivalent
