| CRM Business Analyst(IT) PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To conduct requirements gathering, business analysis and functional design of marketing applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Document business requirements, process flows and functional specifications for clients, third parties and internal staff to develop new programmes • Review test scripts prepared by the test team and assist in User Acceptance Testing. • Raise project interdependencies, risks, and issues as identified to the nominated Project Managers. • Produce additional client documentation as assigned by Project Manager KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE: • Experience in a structured IT delivery environment • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Knowledge of web, internet and extranet practices • Ideally a minimum 3 years experience of applying business analysis techniques and tools. • High attention to detail • Proven client facing skills • Good communication, written, verbal and administrative skills • Team player • Proven problem solver with the ability to respond pro-actively to opportunities and risks Desirable • Experience of working on one or more of the following systems: CRM, travel or marketing. | |
