Customer Service Coordinator

Position : Customer Service Coordinators - Two open positions
Responsibility : North Africa
Location : Dubai
C&B Package :
Basic Salary : Dhs. 6,500/- to Dhs. 7,500/-
Housing : Dhs. 42,600/- p.a.
Medical - Self + family
Ticket to home base for self + family

Profile attached:
Experienced individual minimum 4/ 5 years experience in Logistics/Supplychain/customer service.
Trilingual : English, Arabic and French.

Handling & processing of customer orders & inquiries, pro-active with repeat order follow up. assisting customers for order processing, understanding of pricing & discount levels. Problem solving via internal &external partners, coordinating customer needs, following up customer demand, visiting customers.Good understanding and ownership of ISO 9000 requirements.Knowledge of all systems and procedures governing customer service activities.Problem solving, co-ordination of all customer needs relating to service within the office, handling inquiries or passing to appropriate level, answering product related questions(high level) Has completed customer service training internally with short relatively short learning curve. Answers customer inquiries related to product or order status. Handles customer orders using available systems(order taking, order processing,order input,confirmation, back-order handling,postdating of
orders) handling adjustments, registering customers into the systems, related filing. Utilizing all systems available.
