| Sales Coordinator Self communicator, both written as well as spoken, in English Make sales quotations based on the guidelines given by the Sales engineer. Co-ordinate with client and principals for obtaining the required input for making sales quotations Coordinate with principals and prepare re-order level statement for various spares parts for the machines sold. Register and update sales enquiries received. Routine correspondences / sales / payment follow up with our customers Scanning the catalogues and drawings, archiving email. Receive and register service complaints, coordinate between Service Engineers and customers for attending to customer and track the service complaints till the complaints are fully attended. Note : The candidate should be a graduate, able to speak fluent English, handle incoming phone calls with pleasing manners, typing speed should be good, must be able to handle routine correspondences with minimum assistanceand be conversant with computers. | |
