A US MNC located in Dubai Airport Free Zone seeks a Customer Service Executive to join their Middle East Contact Center. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the successful candidate will ...

1) Handle customer queries via Telephone/Email/Walk in
2) Handle Technical Troubleshooting
3) Convert prospective leads into sales
4) Handle Subscription Renewals
5) Resolve Customer Complaints

The ideal candidate will ...

1) Have a University Degree
2) Have strong verbal & written communications skills in English
3) Fresh Graduates may apply. However a minimum year's experience in a Contact Center would be advantageous.

Work Schedule is either 8AM to 5PM or 11AM to 8PM on a rotation basis with either a Fri/Sat off.
