For a big group of company - Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receives and distributes daily incoming/outgoing correspondences.
2. Types minutes of the meetings/correspondences/PAR (Project Approval Request).
3. Organizes appointments, meetings (between the client / consultant / contractor).
4. Handles administrative tasks related to the work of the Managers.
5. Keeping track of all records of the assigned projects.
6. Preparing LPO's as and when required.
7. Other jobs assigned from time to time
8. Team coordination / Deptt coordination
9. Office Management


Person Specifications:
1. Should have a presentable personality, good computer and shorthand skills.
2. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
3. Commercial background is preferred.
4. 3 years experience in handling office correspondences and filing independently.
5. Good working knowledge of MS-Office and preparing reports using spreadsheets, manuals power point presentations and other documents for the Group.
6. Should be able to do self-correspondence.
7. Knowledge of Arabic is always preffered

preferably a European or from Philippine’s we are offering between monthly AED 12 K to 13 K.
