| Senior MEP Project Manager The Role: Senior MEP Project Manager required for Iconic City Centre Re-development. The new development will comprise of a dense urban development of high rise residential towers, medium-rise commercial office buildings, two hotels, a city-style resort club and supporting retail outlets, spread over a 125,000m2 site. The Requirements: Experience working on projects with an M&E value in excess of £10m is an advantage, you will also need to be competent in procurement and design, and be able to deliver projects on time. You will have a career history within Consultancy Project Management and be comfortable and present well in front of senior clients. You must demonstrate a good knowledge of procurement i.e., preparation of Tender lists and documentation, pre-qualification selection, formulating scope of works, tender reconciliation, contract placing and recommendations, and will have knowledge and experience in market forces and trends. | |
