| Facilties Engineer We are looking for experienced Facilities Engineers to join the expanding FM Team of one of the largest development companies in the UAE. Reporting to the Assistant Manager the main duties will be as follows (there are additional duties to these): 1. Providing a maintenance service on all properties built by the company, amenities and recreation centers. 2. Making sure the assigned Facilities Management Company performs all tasks and services that have previously been agreed. 3. Keep an updated record of all maintenance and process routines and all ad hoc activity reports, which will be past to management. 4. Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. The position requires you to have a relevant engineering qualification and at least two years experience managing the facilities operations, you must be computer literate, methodical , be able to work closely and interact with other members of the team on a daily basis.
