| HSE Manager The position is Health Safety and Environment Manager responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety and environmental management for the FM team. The HSE manager will work as part of a team liaising with FM, CMD and projects as well suppliers and service. Duties and Responsibilities:- • Working with outsourced consultants and service partners the HSE manager will develop, manage and audit the communities for:- o all community HSE aspects o Develop a H+S strategy, policy and procedures, implement, Train and audit these procedures and compliance. o Carry out HSE Incident investigation, reporting and management o Attend Monthly contract meetings • Prepare HSE budgets • Management, Monitoring and auditing of outsourced contractors in respect of the day to day operations HSE operations. • To assist FM and projects teams on any technical matter. • Assist in any Fire, H+S or Environmental matter • Work as part of Crisis Management team • Develop tool box talks and train FM staff. • Liaise and coordinate with other Company businesses. • Monitor the regular testing of fire alarms, in accordance with statutory requirements. • Monitor all necessary fire drills and emergencies. • Evacuation procedures and participate in the Disaster Recovery team/business continuity planning • To ensure our Customers work in a HSE and quality environment and that service level agreements are agreed and met in full to our customers satisfaction • To work closely on HSE issues with Customers care and community management to keep them informed and ensure appropriate action is taken on customer issues. • Attending meetings with principal tenants and advising on any HSE matter. • Attending many other meetings with management, peers, project managers, customers when required. • Organize training and development of FM procedures. • To liaise with the client at all times • To provide support to client for special events | |
