| Factory Manager - Joinery works - One of Middle Easts oldest business groups About us - SymbiosisFE is a Resourcing and Recruitment support company based in the UAE. The Interior Environment Division of one of The Middle East's largest and oldest business groups is looking for a Factory Manager at their Dubai works. In business for 40 years, they also have 24 group companies involved in Interior Environment Projects, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, IT, Medical and Real Estate. They follow extremely good HR practices, have very low attrition and the future growth prospects are excellent. The broad job Responsibilities are as follows : 1. Execution of all kind of joinery works. 2. Preparation of production and delivery plans. 3. Coasting of Products & Projects. 4. Submission of new tenders. 5. Making yearly budget & business plans. 6. Coordinate with respective disciplines of work. 7. Liaise with General Manager for effective cost control. 8. Ensure optimum usage of resources to meet the target dates. 9.
