Assistant Facilities Manager Have you worked in Facilities management for a significant number of years and have experience within communities , UAE or similar, if so we have a vacancy for you. We are looking for someone to assist in day to day management of all community services and financial management in line with the clients FM budget. The Assistant Facilities Manager will be looking after the contracts below and you will be managing the hard and soft services, primarily for the Emirates Living Community: Air-conditioning Cleaning and Hygiene Fire Alarm Maintenance Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Generator and UPS Maintenance Building Management Control Systems Electricity Landscaping Pools Fountain Lakes Roads and Utilities Health and Safety If you have 5 or more years experience within FM, have an undergraduate degree in FM, QS or Civil Engineering , are a member of a recognised Professional body related to the built environment, and have good leadership qualities, good communication and negotiating skills then this could be the position for you.
