| Business Development Manager Position: ASGI's Business Development Manager will head the marketing team in marketing highly qualified IT professionals to clients, for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying temporary placement needs. Responsible for maintaining ASGI consulting force in project engagements effectively and efficiently, the individual shall be responsible for developing the marketing team both on-site and offshore and for bringing target revenue to the organization. Responsibilities: (1) Effectively manage consultants' availability and ensure they are marketed to respective project engagements. (2) Coordinate sales activities and negotiate with clients. (3) Ensure constant inflow of consultants (inventory) to marketing team. This includes recruiting functions in locating top IT talent and interviewing consultants. (4) Maintain working relationship with consultants to apprise them or learn from them on industry trends and networking through them for placing more candidates. (5) Work under multiple targets (Revenue, profit, client, inventory etc) to consistently meet performance expectations. (6) Work in a team environment, develop, train and manage team towards meeting performance expectations. Qualifications: Candidate must have: (1) A Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in Computer Related Studies. (2) Total of 5 years of working experience with 3 years in relevant roles. (3) Very good communication skills. (4) Experienced in working as Team leader with multi-tasking and interpersonal skills and motivate team members to achieve their goals. | |
