| Marketing Controller Our client, a well know international group with a portofolio of very famous FMCG brands, is seeking a Marketing Controller in order to join their financial team in Dubai. Functions: - Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring transparency and economic efficiency and effectiveness of local marketing activities, launches & relaunches and category roll outs. - He/she is responsible for the planning, monitoring and reporting processes and for the approval process of key activities. - - He/she supports the local marketing management and acts as a sparring partner, drives the evaluation of potential category roll outs and improvements of the launch and relaunch processes. - - In general, he/she presents the link between Finance and Marketing and defines for all key activities in the scope (performance indicator, frequency), the process and the system. He/she defines standards for economic evaluation (business plans). Requirements: - The ideal candidate is graduated in Finance (BA,CIMA) with 3 to 5 years controlling experience in a multinational FMCG company. Substantial understanding of Marketing & Sales is a must; working experience in the Middel East is of great advantage.
