The department: Operations . ***************************************************************** Sr. Customer Implementation Consultant/Manager - US and International Description Our client offers an excellent opportunity with a growing and stable company is looking to add Sr Customer Implementation Specialists and Implementation Managers to their Deerfield, IL location as well as in the United Arab Emirates. You will focus on supporting the training and implementation for our customers- Developers, Consultants, Contractors, large and small, and their Subcontractors. Responsibilities: Facilitate clients’ adoption and use of the software, from bringing initial projects on-line to delivering customer training and providing ongoing client support. Collaborate with clients to optimize their processes using the system. Master the capabilities of system and advising customers on how to most effectively use it, including modifying customers' existing processes and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve the system. Work with team members to define, prioritize, and implement selected enhancements. Support team lead on customer management decisions. Mentor and develop less experienced team members. Requirements: Implementation experience; Client management; configuration of systems; end user training; BS/BA degree, post graduate degree preferred. 3-7+ years of professional experience in Operations, Accounting, Finance Industry experience in Consulting, Construction, Real Estate, or Banking. Functional experience in Accounting, Financial Management, General Business Processes, Financial Transactions. Experience implementing accounting and financial software applications, internet functionality, interface conversion awareness, and reporting capabilities. Demonstrated success in managing customer process and software implementations, including process selling, requirements identification and definition, user training and on-boarding, and implementation support. Experience in troubleshooting in a customer environment. Ability to travel as you work directly with customers.
