| Sr. Implementation Consutant/Manager Sr Customer Implementation Consultant/ Customer Implementation Manager This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE The department: Operations Entrepreneurial, innovative, sharp focus - and the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. Our job is to present Textura, its product and service to audiences that include our clients, partners, employees, students, potential candidates, and the community. We are strategic thinkers with strong customer management experience, and a thorough understanding of business processes. The role: Customer Implementation Manager. You will focus on supporting the training and implementation for our customers- Developers, Consultants, Contractors, large and small, and their Subcontractors. Responsibilities: • Facilitate clients’ adoption and use of Textura, from bringing initial projects on-line to delivering customer training and providing ongoing client support. • Collaborate with clients to optimize their processes using Textura. • Master the capabilities of Textura system and advising customers on how to most effectively use Textura, including modifying customers' existing processes and procedures. • Identify opportunities to improve the Textura system. Work with team members to define, prioritize, and implement selected enhancements. • Support team lead on customer management decisions. • Mentor and develop less experienced Textura team members. Requirements: • BS/BA degree, post graduate degree preferred. • 3+ years of professional experience in Operations, Accounting, Finance • Industry experience in Consulting, Construction, Real Estate, or Banking. • Functional experience in Accounting, Financial Management, General Business Processes, Financial Transactions. • Experience implementing accounting and financial software applications, internet functionality, interface conversion awareness, and reporting capabilities. • Demonstrated success in managing customer process and software implementations, including process selling, requirements identification and definition, user training and on-boarding, and implementation support. • Experience in troubleshooting in a customer environment. • | |
