Sr Customer Implementation Consultant/ Customer Implementation Manager

This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE

The role: Customer Implementation Manager.

You will focus on supporting the training and implementation for our customers- Developers, Consultants, Contractors, large and small, and their Subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate clients’ adoption and use of Textura, from bringing initial projects on-line to delivering customer training and providing ongoing client support.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize their processes using Textura.
• Master the capabilities of Textura system and advising customers on how to most effectively use Textura, including modifying customers' existing processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Textura system. Work with team members to define, prioritize, and implement selected enhancements.
• Support team lead on customer management decisions.
• Mentor and develop less experienced Textura team members.
Requirements:
• BS/BA degree, post graduate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Operations, Accounting, Finance
• Industry experience in Consulting, Construction, Real Estate, or Banking.
• Functional experience in Accounting, Financial Management, General Business Processes, Financial Transactions.
• Experience implementing accounting and financial software applications, internet functionality, interface conversion awareness, and reporting capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing customer process and software implementations, including process selling, requirements identification and definition, user training and on-boarding, and implementation support.
• Experience in troubleshooting in a customer environment.
