Specialist - Food Safety Division Responsibilities Include Performing food safety audits at the wholesale and retail levels and in healthcare and hospitality settings Developing and maintaining client relationships Facilitating communication of food safety information to clients Client training and education on food safety policies and procedures Data entry and report writing Consistent travel throughout the area including Lynnwood, Downey, Cerritos and Pico Rivera with up to 25% overnight travel in the region; about 5-7 days a month of overnight travel
