| Engineering Manager Job requirements - Minimum 10 years experience in a Civil Engineering Company or similar. - Proven leadership and organizational skills. - Experience in delivery of engineering projects. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Project Management. Responsibilities: Overall delivery of engineering projects including design, project management, engineering review and co-ordination of engineering and design staff.
