| Quality Controller – Full Goods 1. Job Purposes: 1.1 Monitor physico-chemical characteristics of full goods with reference to established standards and specifications. 1.2 Observe proper Laboratory Management Practices. 2. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Conduct routine evaluation of secondary and tertiary packaging materials to ensure proper protection of products from any damage, contamination or deterioration. 2. Monitor storage conditions of full goods in plant warehouse. 3. Monitor loading of full goods in trucks/vans/containers to ensure good quality condition of products during transit. 4. Ensure that product rotation standards are followed in the warehouse. Report any product exceeding rotation standard. 5. Evaluate product retention samples to determine product performance in different storage conditions and time. 6. Monitor and verify implementation of Good Warehousing Practices. 7. Apply statistical tools and techniques in evaluating and analyzing laboratory results on identified critical parameters to assure confidence and integrity of results. 8. Report any adverse result and assist in identifying root cause/s of the problem. 9. Recommend and monitor implementation of corrective action on the problem related to the area of responsibility. 10. Ensure calibration of testing and process monitoring equipment. 11. Participate in the conduct of evaluation tests, studies and trials on matters related to product quality. This includes new equipment, instrument, validation of new or existing methods and schemes, new materials, etc. to serve as basis for establishing new or higher quality standards, productivity and cost effectiveness. 12. Monitor the disposal of non-conforming products put on-hold after evaluation and verification to ensure conformance to established procedures. 3. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Knowledge 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related discipline. 2. 2 – 3 yrs minimum in related industry 3. Working knowledge of - Quality Control/Analytical Chemistry in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment - Good Warehousing Practice - HACCP or Food Safety Program - Statistical Process Control Skills 1. Good written and oral communication. 2. Analytical and has attention to details. 3. Self-starter with a high level of initiative and motivation. 4. Productivity and efficiency. 5. Office environment computer software application knowledge. Experience 1. Experience and successful track record working in a MNC or with multinational clients. 2. Laboratory experience in all aspects of QC/QA and Microbiology. 3. Internal auditing and Corrective Action 4. Thorough knowledge and demonstrated practical application of GMP, ISO and HACCP. 5.
