Healthcare Policy Manager

Responsible for the development of the department of Health Care Policy, conducts all administrative work in directing and coordinating staff of the department, setting departmental objectives, KPI’s, tracking progress, in order to ensure and meet the attainable development of core regulatory health care policy. Along with the Health Care Policy team and in collaboration with the stakeholders and partners develops policies, reviews policies, as per international best practices and standards in order to regulate health care facility, staff and to provide safe, effective and quality care for the population.

Education:
PhD in Health Care Related Field ( Public Health, Community Health, etc)
MD ( Medicine)
Experience:
- 10 years senior level experience in management
- Project management

Language:
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Written and spoken Arabic is desirable.

Competencies:
- PC literate
- A sound communicator
- Ability to work independently
- Able to communicate effectively with multi-agencies, make confident presentations and write succinct reports.
- Able to work to tight deadlines, managing a number of tasks.
