| Senior Charge Nurse Operating Room The beautiful oasis city of Al Ain is the host of these opportunities. This hospital which is undergoing a transformation is currently looking for Senior Charge Nurses for their Operating Room. Responsible for the Ward/Department Management and the direct supervision of nursing and health care assistant staff on assigned Ward/department leading to the provision of an efficient effective quality customer service. Qualifications Required Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent qualification of NLT 3 years study duration from accredited program Valid Current national licence Desired Certificate or post graduate diploma in Health Services Management International accreditation experience Indication of progressive leadership, management and clinical positions Continuous post graduate courses Experience Not less than 6 years post graduate experience Not less than 2 years in Senior Charge Nurse position or Not less than 3 years in a charge nurse position For hospital supervisor position at least 1 year experience in acute care tertiary hospital as evening or night shift supervisor. | |
