| Demi Chef De Partie - Pasty Job Profile: Supervise the kitchen team in the production of best quality breads, pastries and other food items which are part of the pastry kitchens scope of duties. Will work closely with the Sous Chef to assure smooth operation and produce fresh, top quality products using the best ingredients. Prepare food according to set hygiene standards consistently. Manage and monitor the food cost in his area and liaise with other departments on matters relevant to hotel operations. He/she must have a helpful attitude, be a coach, a trainer and a leader who exceeds guest’s expectations – internal and external. Key Requirements: - At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel - Excellent communication skills in English. - Good trainer and motivator - Very knowledgeable in Food & Hygiene Sanitation practices and cost controlling procedures.
