| Commis 1 - Pastry Job Profile: To produce the best quality pastry and bread items available. He/she will work closely with the Chef de Partie – Patisserie to assure a smooth operation in all aspects of the Pastry. The image of the hotel should be at all times reflected through a fresh, superior product which is prepared correctly and hygienically and which is constantly and consistently of the highest quality and standards. Key Requirements: - At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel - Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) - Priority will be given to those who possess a certificate/award obtained from a culinary arts competition - Very knowledgeable in Food & Hygiene Sanitation practices and a qualified departmental trainer - Highly motivated and passionate about the job and his/her career within the Culinary Department | |
