JCI project co ordinator

Responsible for organizing and conducting all administrative work related to the Joint Commission International (JCI) Policies Project.

1. All daily administive duties for the JCI Policies Project
2 Plan, organize and coordinate regular Briefing Workshops and meetings related to the Project
3 Follow-up action
4 Maintenance of Project documentation files
5 Maintenance of Project Tracking Document and circualte weekly
6 Maintenance of HAAD Project Report Master and circulate weekly
7 Organization of JCI Project Director site vists, key actions:
8 Liaison with external Project Stakeholders in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
9 Public consultation for policies and standards
10 Policy manuals
11 Provide approved information regarding training and orientation to the stakeholders related to policies developed
12 Plan, organize and coordinate training and orientation to the stakeholders related to policies developed
13 Ensure effective and timely submission of requested work
14 Keep the Project Director and Manager apprised of Project progress.
15 Take necessary steps to keep documents in possession confidential by not divulging information and by maintaining a secure record. The Project Coordinator must ensure the confidentiality of all data, materials and records as a matter of good practice and as directed or required by the responsibilities of the job.
16 General administrative duties such as filing of documents, correspondence, answering phone calls, typing letters, memos, documents, attending department and committee meetings, taking meeting minutes, correspondice with the stakeholders by e-mail, phone, fax etc., Coordination with all related stakeholders to respond and forward to appropriate staff member regarding HAAD policies, procedures, guidelines, standards etc.

Education:
- Bachelor Degree

Experience:
- 3 years practical experience in an established organization performing similar work.
Language:
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic.
Competencies:
- PC literate
- A sound communicator
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
