| Health System Financing Inspection Officer To perform inspections of Insurance companies, Insurance Brokers, Third-Party Administrators, documents and transactions to ensure their compliance with the Health Insurance the laws, policies and procedures. 1. Complete understanding of the Health Insurance laws and requirements. 2. Prepare inspection plan and submit to Section Head for review. 3. Perform inspections of Insurance companies, Brokers and Third-Party Administrators documents and transactions to ensure compliance with the Health Insurance laws. 4. Submit periodic inspection reports for Insurance Companies, TPAs & Brokers. 5. Identify insurance providers’ violations of the laws and the possible penalties. 6. Review Insurance Companies, TPAs & Brokers submitted reports 7. Perform other related administrative duties. Work is carried out in accordance with defined workflow and procedures,however, strong kowledge of the laws and good analytical skills are required to make a judgement and submit recommendation to the Section Head. Education: - Bachelor Degree in Accounting Experience: - 2 – 3 years of compliance inspection / audit within the insurance industry. Language skills: - Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Arabic is and added advantage. Competencies: - Good analytical skills, with great attention to accuracy and detail - Reliable and completes assignments under pressure and on required deadline - Excellent communication skills - Computer literate, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office | |
