The Job Opportunity : We have an opening with one of Middle East's largest Construction companies.The position is based in Dubai. They follow extremely good HR practices, have very low attrition and the future growth prospects are excellent. They are looking for people to manage their catering unit which makes food for more than 10,000 employees. The requirement is for the following : 1. Executive Chef - Atleast 15 years experience in cooking South/North Indian food for 10,000 people per meal. 2. Kitchen Supervisor - Atleast 6 years experience in handling a team/crew of 80 people including Production and Cleaning staff. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
