ABU DHABI Designation : Cars Rental Agent Period : June 8, 2008 to till date Job Summary : Customer Service & Dealing Cars Rentals Responsibilities : • Handles rental documentations, reservations, quotations and extensions of rentals • Coordinates with the area manager and staff regarding the availability cars and agreements. • Supervising the drivers of maintain the cleanliness of the cars. • Monitors fleet utilization and conditions. • Attends customer’s enquiries and request, • Follow-ups car rental charges of customers, • In charge of preparing daily business reports, • In charge of handling cash and receipts, • Prepares letter & quotation thru fax and e mail, • Making damage report for the cars when receiving and delivery, • Incase drivers are not available we will drive for any purpose | |
