Company Information
International compaany supporting the Oil and Gas sector is recruiting an HR Administrator for their office in Dubai.

Job Description
- Provide advanced support to the Human Resources Department by handling a wide variety of administrative functions.
- Responsible for performing Human Resources office tasks such as filing and/or maintaining highly confidential records, processing transactions and other similar duties.
- Prepare reports, presentations or correspondence.
- Follow the Human Resources organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks.
- Handle special projects as assigned.

Candidate Specification
Education/Experience

- Minimum of a Diploma holder or equivalent.
- 3+ years general business experience.
- Broad knowledge of administration practices and procedures.

Skills Requirement

- Expert computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or advanced knowledge of company-specific databases.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
- Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated.
