| Compensation & Benefits Manager Company Information International company supporting the Oil and Gas sector are recruiting their Compensation & Benefits Manager. Job Description - Participate in compensation/benefit surveys to ensure parity with competitive market practices. - Develop salary structures; analyze and evaluate unique positions. - Determine and recommend annual salary and benefits budget requirements. - Oversee annual and long term incentive compensation administration in the area of responsibility. - Implement the global benefits strategy within the area of responsibility by managing the development of local benefit programs within the corporate global governance structure (medical, dental, life, disability, employee assistance programs and pension). - Recommend benefit program changes locally and ensure consistency across the area of responsibility. Candidate Specification Education/Experience - Bachelor Degree required. Compensation & Benefits qualifications desired. - 5+ years progressive benefits and compensation experience preferably in a corporate setting. - Technical knowledge of regulations governing benefits and compensation plans and a demonstrable experience working in diverse and changing work environments are a pre-requisite. Skills Requirement - Judgment and analytical skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Project management capabilities. - Complex problem-solving experience. - Commitment to customer service. - Proven ability to balance hands-on, detail oriented approach with a broader and long-term perspective. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. | |
