Human Resources Specialist Company Information International company supporting in the Oil and Gas sector is looking for an HR Specialist for their office in Abu Dhabi. Job Description - Handle day-to-day Human Resources activities. - Assist in the recruitment and on-boarding process. - Respond to employees inquiries on Human Resources issues and ensure that they are resolved - Coordinate the non-technical training courses. - Follow up on local medical and life insurance enrolments and administration. - Maintain and update the various HR Information Systems related to SAP, recruitment, training, performance management, etc. Candidate Specification Education/Experience The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor Degree holder coupled with 5 years Human Resources experience. Skills Requirement - Excellent command of English. - Excellent computer skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
