| Emergency Medical Technician HCL International's Middle East team have the privilege of bringing you our latest vacancy from our client in the sunny city of Abu Dhabi. This vacancy is for a Grade 10 Emergency Medical Technician. The role of an EMT is to provide prehosptial medical care along side paramedics and higher level EMT's including nurses and physicians. The EMT's immediate focus is evaluation of a patient's condition and maintaining a patient's airway, breathing and circulation. Immediate EMT interventions include providing CPR and cardiac defibrillation when necessary, controlling severe external bleeding and preventing shock. Required Qualifications Graduate of a paramedic Technology Program of no less than 2 years duration leading to an associate degree in applied science or equivalent. Registration with the National Registry of Emergency. Medical Technologists (NREMT) U.S.A or equivalent. Current National License. Required Experience No less than 2 years experience.
