| HR Manager My client requires a human resource professional to establish and manage a human resource department within the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will put into place procedures to implement and manage recruitment strategies in line with the company’s forecasted growth in the region. You will also advise the management team, oversee and implement all other areas of human resources including: Employee recruitment and selection, candidate screening, managing the offer stage, new employee orientations, performance management, annual reviews and exit interviews Developing and implementing policies & procedures in line with the UAE Labour Law Handling employee relations including training, retention and succession planning Compensation and benefits analysis and planning • Maintaining HR records and data • Working closely with the PRO to maintain and update employee records for visas, labour cards, contracts and medical cards Essential Skills & Requirements • HR degree from an institution of repute • Minimum five years experience in HR role in the region • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate within a diverse and multicultural environment • Willingness to work a flexible schedule • Team player, willing to accept challenges and able to meet them | |
