Head Therapist/ Assistant Manager Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1) To monitor the daiy operations and provide assistance to the Spa Manager 2) Should have good understanding of all the aspects – Sales, Finance, Training etc 3) Supervise the daily performance of all the therapists 4) Abilty to set an example in practical performance of all the treatments- Body and Beauty 5) Be proactive and provide ideas and suggestions to improve the customer satisfaction levels. 6) Coordinate with the Spa Manager in ensuring the standards are maintained and all the procedures are followed. 7) Develop Spa Standard Operating Procedures 8) Keep up to date on industry trends, guests’ satisfaction competition and business climate. 9) Liaise with line management on any matters Skills and Abilities 1) Must be 25 years and above 2) Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role. 3) International qualification from a recognised university (i.e. CIDESCO, CIBTAC, BABTAC, ITEC etc.) 4)Excellent customer service and team building skills 5) Proficiency in computer skills and related softwares 6) Well groomed, presentable and dedicated team player 7) Excellent communication skills in English Interested candidates nay send their resume directly through email
