| Senior Reservation Hostess We are looking for a Senior Reservation Hostess for a new luxorious spa located in Abu Dhabi. Work Experience 1)2-3 years in day spa 5* resort/hotel /reception/ front office. 2)2-3 years experience in customer care/ guest service. Vast experience in reservation/ booking systems. 3) Experience in multitasking 4) Experience in managing a reservation team with several reception desks. Experience in working a busy telephone switchboard. Job Knowledge 1) Excellent knowledge of wellness philosophy and services. 2) Knowledge of how to maximize revenue through reservations. 3)Good knowledge of wellness memberships. 4) Good Knowledge of using data base. Skills and Abilities 1)Excellent spoken and written English. Good communicator, clear speaker, friendly, assertive,works well on own initiative, confident, ability to create reports .Able to build good relation with member/ guests(internal / external) Qualified candidates may send their resume directly through email | |
