| Opportunity with a fast growing Shipping company in Dubai for Fleet Personnel Manager About us - SymbiosisFE is a fast growing HR Resourcing company in the Middle East. The Opportunity - One of UAE's fastest growing Shipping companies is looking for a Fleet Personnel Manager to be located in Dubai. The Job Profile includes : 1. Managing Employment Contracts and crew budgets for each vessel.. 2. Handling, T & D, audits, appraisals and remuneration. 3. Manage Flag administration and ship provisions. 4. Ensure all vessels are manned with aptly qualified seafarers. 5. Recruiting crew and assign vessels to them. The minimum candidate requirements are as follows : 1. He should hold a certificate of Competency as Master Mariner. 2. Should have sailed as Rank of Master of Chief officer with a vessel not less than 1000 GRT capacity. 3. Have updated STCW certificates required for rank of mater Mariner. 4.Should be familiar with ISM internal audits for shipboard and shore. 5. Have complete knowledge of Marine Recruiting Agency contracts. 6. Minimum of 2 years Shore experience at a senior level in the Fleet Personnel Department.
