ASSISTANTS - FINANCE & ACCOUNTS Assist the Accountant in the monthly closing of accounts and ensure that the accounts are prepared accurately and on a timely basis, meeting Reporting deadlines. Timely and accurately exporting of invoices into the accounting systems on a weekly basis. Maintaining the full set of accounts, which includes preparing of the journal entries & month accounts reconciliation. Monthly bank reconciliations are being carried out and accurately performed. Assist the Accounts Supervisor in updating the collections into the systems on weekly basis. To print the statement of accounts for the account receivables once month end close is done and pass to credit department to be dispatch out to clients. Ensure that the documentations & invoices for the accounts department are being file on time and in systematic order for easy reference. Reimbursement of petty cash to branches and preparing of adhoc cheques on a weekly basis. Any other ad hoc reports as and when required
