Senior restaurant management sought for an ultra hip, exciting project in Dubai scheduled to open March 2009.

We have openings for General Manager, Operations Managers and Sommeliers for a project based in Dubai, scheduled to open mid-March 2009. It is a 470 seat restaurant/bar/lounge, which will be the signature outlet of a luxury all-suites hotel overlooking the largest race course in the world. It is a modern European 'izakaya', focused on quality techniques and presentation with subtle Asian hints. The beverage program comprises over 2000 premium wines and bespoke cocktails. This venue is extremely high profile, catering to royalty, celebrities and the trendy crowd.

The positions need to be able to start in January. The restaurant serves a combination of small plates and more traditional fine dining style dishes to the main dining room and lounge area seating 300, and a mezzanine bar caters for 130 and a PDR for up to 40 pax. The Front of House Team will comprise approximately 60 staff.
