| Human Resources Manager We are looking for a dynamic, experienced HR professional to oversee the department in a global entertaintment organization. Candidate should be a true niche with sound knowledge in the HR function. The role will encompass the development of the HR function, requiring the development of policies and procedures and formalizing a strong organization structure. You will conduct job analyses,write job descriptions and work on an evaluation process. You will be responsible for training, including induction and performance appraisal. Compensation and benefits will form part of your responsibilities and you will oversee and finalise the recruitment process. This is a busy position and will require dedication, passion and drive. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Manager in Dubai, experience in the retail industry and be both MBA and CIPD qualified. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory as are strong MS Office skills. | |
