| IT Project Leader 1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB To advice and assist the Account Management team in all IT related issues and to manage the team assigned to efficiently deliver IT services in line with company policy and to the highest standard. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for ongoing support and guidance on all IT matters to the client accounts assigned to your portfolio. This includes liaison with the respective account management, operations departments and where required with the clients themselves. - Responsible for IT tasks planning, execution and completion in line with client, account management and senior management expectation, on time and to the highest standard. - Responsible for professional task planning and execution which includes documented business requirements, solution analysis and recommendations, client/account management sign-off of work orders, structured systems development, project delivery only after thorough testing and internal QC, and end-user documentation of work completed. - Management of a team of IT staff to support and assist you with the delivery of projects and tasks for the account portfolio assigned to you. - Specialist knowledge and guidance of the CRM products in support of client and client servicing requirements - Implement smart technical solutions to automate regular operational and client servicing business processes 3. PRINCIPAL RESOURCES (IE STAFF) Database Executive IT Analyst Contract Programmers 4. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - A good knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Server / Oracle / Ingress) and experienced in writing SQL queries and statements - Affinity towards data analysis and interpretation - Experienced in Microsoft Visual Studio (Visual Basic / VC++) - Experienced in web development technologies (ASP /Cold Fusion / Java) - Worked on Windows and Unix environment - Good oral and written communication skills - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Programmer/Analyst | |
