| Brand Manager Our client is a leading international company of branded consumer products in the area of skin and beauty care. Across the Middle East, Levant and North Africa, their brands hold many no. 1 market positions and have a strong international presence all over the world. Covering 16 countries ensuring the continuous development of the division are in agreement with the international company and brand strategies. Responsibilities: • Define and achieve specific sales, profit and market share objectives through the development of a 3 year marketing plan. • Detail the annual Marketing Plan to ensure that internal processes are properly managed. • Direct the local offices of the international agencies to ensure the proper adaptation of marketing and communication strategies to the different local markets. • Control the development of sales, profit and market share objectives through monthly performance analysis leading to recommendations for appropriate corrective actions, specifically, to control pricing and sales mix in order to achieve objectives. • Consistently review and evaluate alternative marketing investments opportunities in order to maximize return on investment against agreed brand objectives. • Coordinate the activities of Trade Marketing and Category Management in order to achieve the agreed Customer Marketing Plan. • Understanding the local consumer needs and competitors in order to develop a global marketing and communication strategy. • Coordinate with supply chain function to ensure the continuous supply of product to the market place. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. • A minimum of 5 years experience in consumer marketing specializing in fast moving consumer goods with at least 2 years experience as a product / brand manager. • English is fluent; a second language is advantageous. • High proficiency in MS Office applications (advanced Excel) and Adobe Acrobat. SAP experience is advantageous. • Results oriented and creative; possess strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. • Working experience in the Middle East is of great advantage.
