Created a permanent customer base through regular telephone calls, Telefax, E-mails to all customers in UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia etc. Registration & Approvals: Contacted all big contractors/Consultants like VECO Engineering, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Chiyoda Corporation, Technip, Foster Wheeler, Total and followed up for registration & approvals for supply of steel grating & stair treads. • Sales: Prepared Quotations, Pro-forma Invoices, Enquiry & quotation register, Order Intake Record, track record for deliveries, controlling deliveries through stores, prepared packing list for submission at the time of dispatch. Prepared company’s prequalification document for ongoing projects • Quality Control / Assurance : Quality Documents: Prowess in making Test Certificates “Letter of Conformity”, as in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, which indicates a sole quality document of Gratings Prepared fabrication inspection report after fabrication of shaped gratings. Acquired considerable knowledge in inspection peocess. Made format of coating certificate for new galvanizers.
