| HR Manager-Generalist (UAE National Only) Responsibilities: Should handle HR management support. Functions include Staff relations, performance management, recruiting, administration of compensation and benefit programs, effective management practices, training/development, and modern management. * Recruiting - including sourcing, selection and induction of right talent. Provide inputs during the planning process for staffing levels. * Should Guide the performance management process including addressing issues on performance, rewards and communicating performance expectations to employees; Supervising the overall performance appraisal process; develop succession plans, identify functional and technical development needs & training to develop employees. * To ensure two way communication and promote positive employee relations. * Develop and implement the human resources practices and policies and standardization in application of human resource practices and policies. *Should Identify and work on HR process improvements and communicate HR processes to employees; Helps employees with benefits and other HR programs; Implement Modern methods to HR processes. * Support & guide the organization and employees related initiatives as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: • Masters and Bachelor's Degree with specialization in human resources. • 3-5 years Human Resource experience. • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with employees and • Strong interpersonal skills Salary package : AED40000 | |
