| Financial Analyst Job Objectives: The Financial Analyst is a critical role within the financial department of our client, a non profit. community development organization responsible for a one-of-a-kind effort that brings together. leadership from the community, business, government, and foundations to rebuild company. In this newly created role, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of complex financial data and the creation of monthly reports to support effective management and decision-making across the organization.
