| General Manager (Female) A multinational lady's saloon in Dubai requires a seasoned female General Manager. Responsibilities include overall operations and business-building activities. The candidate will possess strong management, customer service, information management and leadership skills. Accountabilities include managing the overall spa’s presentation and flow of services, employee service and performance, and continually developing innovative services and exceptional customer service. Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business and valid UAE driving license is a must. Two years’ previous spa management experience is a real plus. | |
