| Bakery Chef To supervise and control the bakery production process, to plan, organize and research new aspects of the brand products. To deal with the suppliers and train the newly joined team members Comprehends the various raw materials, various stages of manufacturing and representing the product range selected by the outlet. Insures the conformity of the products according to the standards of the company, and implements the procedures of the W.S.S. as well as the hygiene and cleanliness standards of the company. Knows and understands the various norms and procedures in the company (W.S.S., Opening, F.Q.C.S…). Guarantees the respect of restaurant’s recipes pursuant to the “Products bible”. | |
